Forget Car Czar, I am applying for Tzaress of the United States – tenure 4 years. Listed is the core of my platform:
- The Declaration of Independence will be reviewed by all National elected officials four times a year.
- The President of the United States will only execute those duties outlined for the Executive in the United States Constitution.
- Any law passed by the Legislative Branch must be accompanied by the repeal of 100 laws already on the books.
- No new National Government offices/departments or such unless 5 others of equal or greater size in expenditure are first eliminated.
- No more electing Senators. We will go back to the States providing the bodies for this chamber. States -- do your duty and duke it out at your end. If you don’t send anybody, then you won’t be represented in the Senate.
- No Congressman/woman will serve more than 3 terms, consecutive or otherwise.
- All pensions and other benefits associated with elected officials who are or have served in Washington D.C. will be phased out during my tenure.
- The Supreme Court will hear Constitutional Cases only – no more tinkering with States rights or bowing to special interests.
- We will move toward the States coughing up the bucks for the National Government. This will be accomplished within my tenure as Tzaress. Individual income tax will be abolished – for good.
- In addition to consulting those who are supposed to know what they are doing, representatives of those who work hard, do their best to pay their bills, try to do the right thing, and sacrifice to keep their good name will be consulted to formulate domestic economic policy.
- The National Government will get its mitts out of the hands of business. If a business wants to hire/pay greedy people, then it’s up to the customers and/or shareholders to hold that business accountable.
- No laws associated with a “religious state” will supplant U.S. or State law in any State, county or city/town on the sovereign soil of the United States.

The appointment committee has requested clarification on two of my "platform" planks:
1. The Declaration of Independence will be reviewed by all National elected officials four times a year.
Q: "Why the DOI and not the Constitution?"
A: What separates the U.S.A. from other countries is not our Constitution. Any two-bit dictator can operate under the illusion of a "constitution." Think of the DOI as the CPU of the United States. The Constitution is the operating system. The laws, rules, etc are akin to software. Nothing works if the CPU isn't present. Hope that clarifies plank number 1.

Q: "What is the purpose of consulting those who work hard ....?
A: Two-fold. First, anyone in any profession can eventually get caught up in the process and forget the basics. Bringing the citizenry into the process will remind these folks of the basics and also remind politicians whom they are serving. Second, those who are served need to be reminded that their involvement is critical to the success of the Republic. My hope is that this involvement will serve as an example to other citizens that they need to be involved.
